Credits are deducted only after a render succeeds. Higher-fidelity 3D worlds cost more because the world model runs at a more expensive quality tier.

01When am I charged?
Credits are deducted only after a render succeeds. If a job fails, nothing is spent. Subscriptions renew automatically on each billing date until you cancel.
02What happens to unused credits?
Monthly credits roll over while your subscription stays active. Yearly plans release one month's credits at the start of each month rather than all twelve at once.
03How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
04Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Switching shows you the prorated difference before anything is charged — we never bill you silently.
05Do I own what I generate?
Yes. Commercial use is included on every paid plan, and you keep the rights to the images you generate.
06Is there a refund policy?
Unused subscription time can be refunded within 7 days of a charge. Contact support and we'll sort it out.
